At the end of each of your rides, an analysis is made by an algorithm that detects the climb and peaks on the route you’ve just completed.
This algorithm also tries to retrieve the name if it is present in our database.
For the peak to be detected, it must be at least 1km long and have a minimum gradient of 3%.
When one of the peaks detected is listed in our database, it is also added to your “Peaks Climbed” history.
(If the peak detected is not listed in our database, it will only appear unnamed in your activity and not in your climbed peaks).
This gives you a complete list of the peaks you’ve climbed, with the date of ascent, the number of times you’ve climbed them, and the different times you’ve climbed them.
N.B.: We also aim to expand our database.
