To benefit from real-time climb profiles during an ride, you need to start the activity from a route.
When you create a route, BikeCompanion will automatically detect the various climbs, which you can consult by clicking on the “climb” icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Then, as you approach a climb (300 meters before the foot of the climb), a red “Live climb” line appears on your screen.
By clicking on it, the profile of the climb is automatically displayed on your screen.
This will help you manage your effort throughout the climb.
You can zoom in on the current climb by clicking on the small magnifying glass next to the climb profile.
When you cross the summit, it disappears automatically.
