A PRO subscription is canceled where it was paid: in the App Store subscription settings on iPhone, or in Google Play on Android. Uninstalling the app or deleting your BikeCompanion account does not cancel the subscription.
On iPhone #
- Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose BikeCompanion, then Cancel Subscription.
On Android #
- In the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- Choose BikeCompanion, then Cancel subscription.
Use the Apple or Google account that paid, even if it belongs to someone close to you. In the app, Other › Subscription also opens your subscription management screen.
Subscription paid by card on the web version: use the management link in the confirmation email, or write to support@bikecompanion.app.
After canceling #
You keep PRO access until the end of the paid period, then your account goes back to the free version. Your activities, routes, segments and stats are kept.
